Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

weshouldagree helps two people reach an agreement by proposing, reviewing and revising terms together. Because agreements are often personal, privacy is central to how the product is built. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

What we collect

The content of proposals and responses you create — terms, edits, suggestions and acceptance decisions — along with the account details needed to identify each party, such as your name and email address.

How it is used

What we do not do

Retention and deletion

Agreement content is kept while either party’s account remains active, so the shared record stays available to both sides. You can request deletion of your account and the content you created; content shared into a joint agreement may be retained for the other party where they have a legitimate need to keep their copy.

Note on this preview

The current version of weshouldagree is a sample preview. It has no accounts and no database: everything you enter stays in your browser and is discarded when you reload the page. Nothing is transmitted or stored.
