weshouldagree
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of weshouldagree. By using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
weshouldagree is a tool for two people to propose terms, respond with acceptances or suggested changes, and work towards an agreement both are happy with. It provides the structure for that conversation; the content of any agreement is entirely yours.
Not legal advice
weshouldagree is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. An agreement reached through the service is a record of what two people have agreed between themselves; whether it has legal effect depends on its content and your circumstances. For anything with legal consequences — including child arrangements, finances or property — consider getting independent legal advice before relying on it.
Your responsibilities
- use the service only with the other party’s knowledge and for genuine agreement-making;
- do not post unlawful, harassing or deceptive content;
- keep your account credentials to yourself.
Your content
You own the content you write. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and show it to the other party to your agreement — nothing more.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the outcome of any agreement made through it, or for loss arising from decisions either party takes based on it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will tell you before it takes effect.
